Color. Lot’s of color. Did someone say, green velvet sofas!? This family’s savvy and adventurous style is evident throughout. To prep the canvas, to allow the new furnishings and art to really pop, we painted the floors jet black, brough the walls to white or light grey, and added a modern fireplace surround. Working closely with a decorative painter,  there’s a custom lacquered ceiling in the guest room, venetian plaster fireplaces, and the gorgeous stenciled ceiling in the master bedroom.
